Flat lander heading to the mountains,

My girlfriend and I are heading to the Colorado springs area for a few days, I would like to see the mountains from some back roads. I've heard there is a road that goes from Colorado springs to cripple creek. Many others in the area? I have an 04LJ with 3" lift and 33s. Don't want to get to wild. Any suggestion wound be appreciated.
