luckybudyo Are you going to be around Osceola later today? I'll probably be getting there around 11-12ish with a couple of guys.

Yeah, it's a really nice place to ride. That was my first time going out there. We're headed to some pits around Fort White tomorrow and if they don't turn out good we're heading back to Osceola.

This is actually Osceola, not Ocala. This is around Lake City a few hours north of Ocala. And not my cab at least. My doors are sealed good. Both my buddies in their YJ's got a little wet though.

Yeah, I've been meaning to get something I can hook at strap too. Hoping to get a new bumper sometime soon that'll have some D-rings on it.

Not really, but I know of some good places around the same area that are pretty crazy. The same guy that took me out there took me to a pit that almost gave me a heart attack. Its an odd feeling sliding down a hill with nothing but sky in your windshield.

Could'nt help but notice there's not a winch, recovery hook or strap on any of those Jeeps, Yall a pretty brave I always find the deep hole someone left behind in one of those puddles

Someone mentioned Hardrock I'll be up there this weekend come on up and play!
We had a few straps with us, they were just inside the jeeps. Since then one of those guys has hooked up a winch on his in case anything happens. So we're all set for the next time we go out....hopefully.

If any of you guys want to ride with us (there's about 7 of us total. From what my friend tells me we're a "branch" of the much larger Suwannee River Jeep and 4x4 Club for just jeeps.) we go out riding just about every other weekend around the Suwannee/Lafayette/Columbia area.

Osceola National Forest - FL

Went riding in the Osceola National Forest today with few guys from the club I just joined up with. First time I've been on a legitimate trail ride. Had a great time.

I was surprised when I noticed the two modded YJ's I was with were having a harder time than I was in a stock JK.
