Need some help, trans mounts/motor mounts?

I'm having an issue with my jeep.

This will only happen in 1st gear....

When I put it in first and start take off, the shifter will jump to the left and right rapidly, doesn't pop out of gear but it doesn't sound to healthy when it's doing it. It sounds like the trans is going to fall out....

Really hard to explain it thru words, I might be able to snag a video tomorrow.

So I am assuming bad motor mounts or trans mounts?
