Need some help deciding?

Alright so as I'm sure you see I haven't put any thing on my Jeep [2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X] but a CB radio. I am thinking of getting new tires or a new bumper with wench. I am having a hard time deciding which one I should get first. Some background info? I love off-roading; I get out probably once every other week or so. I would also like to know anything you guys/girls think I should get.

Thanks,
Andrew
