My daughter absolutely LOVE riding in the Jeep. I take the top off, and let her stand in the back with someone else and drive up & down the cove VERY carefully. I wouldn't think of taking her beyond that in that position...
WRT to someone riding in a car seat with the top down, I don't think it would be illegal. However, my wife doesn't quite like it saying it's too much wind for her (blah!)

|kappaknight||By strange do you mean jealous? I'd be concerned if it was a sunny day... other than that, you should be okay.|

|geoff11573||Sorry. My boy is 3 and is large enough for front facing car seats. I think they judge it by weight. If she weighs enough she can ride facing front.|

|geoff11573||My boy rides in my Jeep. No prob. He loves it. Just make sure your child is strapped in appropriately. We went to the World Congress center in the jeep with the top down. He still fell asleep. I trust my driving I just don't trust everyone else's|

Legal or illegal?
I have a two year old baby who loves riding the jeep....she cries when she gets in my wife's car. This Sat. I took her out with the top down and some people were looking at me strange and even taking pictures. Is this legal or illegal in the state of Ga?
