Just sell me the parts and let me be on my way.
My girlfriend says they do that to her all the time as well. I assume they're just seeing if they can play a "hero" role and try to let the customer do the work for them, making them look better. Who knows!

Justdoit2 PA and Jersey girl here. I am on my 2nd Jeep. I just sized DOWN to a 2013 2 door Rubi from a 2011 JKU. I've always wanted the 2 door and am so happy that I traded in the 4 door. The 2 door drives very differently given it is smaller and also that the engine has more horsepower then the 2011 did. Also, the premium roof (plus it is smaller) is sooooo much easier to handle. It takes no time at all to lower and raise.

I am OBSESSED with my Jeep and my partner just lets me be obsessed with the things I buy for it.

And, I WAVE EVERY TIME. Sometimes I wave when I am riding my road bike, too. I just cannot pass a Wrangler without the greatest urge to wave.

I can smell a jeep coming, too. Somehow I know a jeep is coming close or is about to pass me even if I can't see it. Never fails.

Nice to find a girl jeep thread.

BiffysGecko my youngest (she's 6) has already asked when the doors comes off, when the top comes off and informed me that it can't be "that" dirty mommy because after all you are a girl and girls have to be pretty and clean... yeah this is the same kid that tried to take her bike to the top of the slide and ride it down, lol I'm wondering if I can bungey her in the back seat? Will the state frown on me for that?

Don't worry, took me 3 years to find the right one too. Wound up buying a 95 YJ that was garage kept for 17 years from a family friend for $4,500. I searched craigslist for years but most of the Jeeps on there were rust buckets or completely trashed.
