jokerchief462 17-35 at idle 40-75 at higher RPM. The only bad oil pressure is ZERO!

cakes567 I checked the gauge and it seems to be working Ok to me. Never know for sure until I look into it completely. Thanks for the help!

Garyk Some just replace it with a mechanical gauge....then you know what you have for sure.

cakes567 I heard it was kinda a common thing for thoes to go. I'll pull it off at some point. I'll was looking at it before just to see where it was.

Garyk Replace the sending unit or take it out see if the orifice is clogged up..sometimes they can be cleaned.

cakes567 For mine idol or stepping on the gas it doesn't make much difference. Moves just a tiny bit tho.

Garyk My yj ran at about 50-55, idled at 35-40.
Sending units are notorious for being off...

oil psi?

What should my oil presser be at? It was really high before but it went down a little its at maybe 2-3 o'clock position. I'm not sure off the top of my head.
