SilverSport Thanks. I've also heard of cutting a short section from a 17mm allen wrench.

17mm Custom Plug Remover?

Just curious what creative solutions you folks found to remove the 17mm tranny drain plug from an '08 Rubi. For some reason, Chrysler thought it was a fun idea to route the exhaust directly below the tranny drain plug. I have a transfer pump and could always drain via the fill plug, however, I'd like to see the particulates on the magnetic drain plug. Thanks in advanced...Jon.
