Stinger bumper or no stinger

Just wondering if anyone on here in Washington is or has run with a front stinger bumper and if they have had any problems with getting pulled over for it. I've gone through the RCWs and there's not much there to cover that except that just about every after market off road bumper is pretty much illegal. I have to bumpers I'm trying to chosse from one without the stinger and one with. I'm really wa.t to go with the stinger but I also don't want to get pulled over in two days after putting it on. So I just thought I would see if it has been an issue with anyone on here I'm sure most of it has to do with what county and city and what mood their in
