TJ-GTR The 72 number relates to the number of months the battery is rated for. Under normal operation expect to get about 48 to 60 months out of most batteries. I've never seen one go 72 months unless its on a smart charger during down-time.

RevhoWranglerX a little more cca (cold cranking amp) never hurts. going from 600 to 650 isnt bad at all. they should have cleaned your connections though. clean them and put di-elect (electric conductive) grease on them and you should be good.

Battery Newbie

Hello

i got a 2006 TJ 2.4l Sport, just changed battery at the official dealer of South Spain at Los Barrios.

I see on internet that my battery is suppose to be 600cca, and now i check the battery they put from the dealer and it says 650cca and it has another number next to it 72??

had starting problems from first week but i am not experienced enough to tell exactly guys i am a Newbbiiee.
Nevertheless, these official guys there when they changed a battery isnt it normal to clean the cables and put some vaseline for the humidity as well??
they left cables with limescale i cleaned it my self

Many thanks Gents any help Appreciated.
