|Joe Dirt||8" rims work fine on 33's if you have 3.75 to 4" backspacing. Stock rims don't have that and will rub.|

|18thcenturyguy||AGHHHH!! I can't take it anymore. I have no more $$$ and already ordered the 32" I guess they will have to do. Hope they look good with the 4" lift.|

|KBR97||yeah there would be no problem with tires being compatible with the rims. But like 4point said you wil have a tire rubbing issue. Sorry I didnt add that.|

|4point||If you install 33" 12.50 tires on your stock rims they will rub the frame and/or CA's. You need a rim with less offset or spacers. The 8" wide rim is perfect for the 12.50 width, a 10" rim would be too wide.|

|18thcenturyguy||Damn it, I want the 33" s , It's my $$$, I'm gonna call him. I even saw a few pics in another post with a guy's Jeep with 33" on the same rims I have.|

thats bull, I know someone who ran 33's on 8 in. rims aired down to 10 psi when wheeling. Never broke bead.
You could even get away with 35's on an 8in rim.

33" x 12.5 or 32" x 11.5 on Stock Rims?
I have 15x8" Ravines and I wanted to put 33" x 12.5 on, but the guy who is putting on my lift says I should use 32" x 11.5 for safety. He said 8" rims are not really good for anything more than 32" x 11.5. Any Thoughts?
