Sometimes. We half most of the older piping and wireing replaced. We've had to hire out steam line removal. Because of asbestos insulation.

Control compressor for pneumatics. Your refrigeration room is bigger than our boiler room and shop combined. Hospitals like office space not mechanical rooms.

Ah heck. I thought you said refrigeration compressor. Sorry. We use a pump to put oil back in as to not lose refrigerant.

Nope. Pour it right out of the quart bottle. Emergency generators may need a pump to change oil but not this compressor. It may be small but it was installed in 1986 I think.
