lemitone what about whispering pines this weekend?
04-04-2013 08:12 PM
narr Yeah, the weather sucked and I was tired so I didn't head out. Today would've been perfect though. Do keep us posted though.

warbird24 Was watching the parking lot in front of Leaf and Bean last night and didn't see too many Jeeps if any....Oh Well.

I talked with the OP and we're still interested in doing something like this. If we could just get a little more interest, and the darn weather breaks, I think it could be a good thing to do. Making connections in the Jeep world is pretty easy to do, but knowing folks can help out with installs, tools, advice would even be better.

We could also move it to Black Creek Park in Chili also, if we did a cook out.

cakes567 We should meet sometime soon when the weather gets nice. Where elce would we meet and greet? Its gotta be a place where it would be far and easy for everyone to come.
What are some other ideas? Park somewhere we could have a cook out?
03-29-2013 05:23 AM
warbird24 Trying to get my schedule changed so I can do this first meet and greet. I work a few doors down from the "Bean" so the Jeep will be out there, but maybe not me. LOL!
03-25-2013 07:12 AM
DlaF7577 I'd be in on "Bean" once my hockey is over! Sounds like a great idea!

The Leaf & Bean Coffee Shop located at 3240 Chili Ave is and has been for some time a meeting location for various groups. The owner and his family are motorcycle and jeep friendly. Thursday nights are bike nights at the "Bean", so I was thinking Wednesdays could be jeep nights. Starting on April 3 2013 at 7 PM the "Jeep meet up" will start. This will be a gathering for checking out Jeeps and to meet. From there who knows. I hope to see you there. The "Bean" is located in the Chili Paul Plaza across from the town hall on Chili Ave Rt 33A.
Is this Arnie, with the new JKU?

I've seen tons of Jeep over there at Leaf and Bean. Good place with great coffee. I've tried to talk with everyone I see around these parts that own a Jeep. Some seem interested, others not so much.

03-06-2013 10:45 PM
Bjwith97tj I got a few people that want to make a whispering pines trip soon. Might be closer for you than Wrangler ave.
03-06-2013 08:19 PM
Bjwith97tj Wrangler Ave is about an hour from me. Not bad.
03-06-2013 07:37 PM
Bjwith97tj I need some better off-road tires. My BFG A/Ts wont get me far. I need some mud tires. Gonna dig around on craigslist.
Calendar : Fingerlakes 4x4 can sign up with this club for free. Its pretty cheap to join. They do alot of events. I actually volunteered with them and worked the pit crew at Monster Jam. It was pretty fun. Lots of stuff coming up.
03-06-2013 07:15 PM
The Grim Jeeper Ok keep me posted. pm me your number when u know if you are going and i will text u when we are out towards rochester
03-06-2013 06:24 PM
Bjwith97tj That sound good. Hopefully I won't run into anymore major problems between now and then. My jeep has been down for like 3 weeks. I can't wait to get out and wheel.
03-06-2013 06:09 PM

03-06-2013 11:53 AM
