Locker pops.

So I had a pinion bearing go out and I replaced them both added a new crush sleeve with my dodge master mechanic buddy assisting. I took a magnet to the inside and got all the debris out and cleaned it thoroughly. Put it back together and now my locker pops. Itís much worse cold and under heavy power (if thatís possible with a jeep tj). High speeds is the best and it seems to be temperamental or at least not consistent from day to day, hot or cold. Thatís doesnít make any sense to me either. The rear always shifts to the driverís side. I checked tire pressure and its fine. Rotated tires no change. Bought a bottle of limited slip stuff from Motorcraft and nothing so I added another same results. I am out of ideas. Any advice? If I need parts what do you need off of the locker?

99 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, Dana 35 with superior axles and 3.73 gears, 4 inch lift and 33ís. (sorry about the useless info just trying to save time)
