Winch Install Help - STL

Hey All,

I've got a winch coming in within the next week or so. I'm planning to mount to my factory bumper until I can afford a Warn Elite Series front bumper

I picked up a universal channel mount from Harbor Freight (same one used in this write up) and am looking to do basically the same as this:
winch install on OEM bumper w/pics and measurements

I don't really have much in the way of tools, or space to work. The install will involve cutting the winch plate, cutting the plastic outer bumper and the metal inner, and drilling a few holes into the frame. Anyone want to host a little wrench time and meet some fellow STL Jeepers? I'll bring beers for afterward!
