MangoTango34 What is it then that gives it that cool sound then? Is it the filter or is it the thinner walled tube? In all honesty the only reason that i would get one is for the sound.

giannivitale I have an airaid CAI, I felt a little difference from stock.

sirchadley I like mine.. I put a throttle body spacer on with it. got me 2 more mpg. for the 180 bucks investment its worth it to me seeing how my jeep isn't going anywhere. if you get a good one it has the air cleaner boxed away from the elements.

jokerchief462 It sounds better and may get you 1 mpg but it puts the air filter out in the open suseptable to water and a lot more dust. So it is probably personal prference. On my old four banger not a good idea.

Cold Air Intake

Wondering if anybody has thoughts about a cold air intake. Put one on or not? Does it help or load of bs?
