They sell rocker switches online. Just remove the dash trim in the center console, remove the four screws that hold the switch section in, pop the old one out, and put the wires from the old one to the same connectors on the new one. Easy fix.

I'd bypass the switch and just wire in a new one.

lensam I'm down in Alabama at the race so I couldn't enjoy the nice weather back there, and it's cold and rainy here.

Portland's power line trails are okay, nothing crazy. East Hampton, and haddam have nice trails! Haven't found much in Middletown either!

Scott74d Usually your best bet for meets are through the clubs. Jeep and truck 4x4 is a good club from what ive heard and their part of the NOVA 4x4 group that covers CT, NY, MA, and NJ. thinking about joining it myself if anything to learn where some trails are around here.

Paigeylonglesxo Anyone on here ever do jeep cruises? Not to anywhere in particular just get a bunch of jeeps together in a line and cruise around?? Kinda like the bikers do.. Cruising is my weakness.. If it involves my jeep and driving I'm all for it. Just a thought. Maybe someone can come up with something other than a meet??

jaresco91 Not positive if its technically legal, but it's a hell of a time. Just gotta be respectful to the area and nobody really bothers ya!

Fuck
Truer words were never spoken! No lie when you hear that JEEP stands for Just Empty Every Pocket...yikes. Between some bad ass bumpers I am looking at, a winch, lift kit, pipe doors, soft top, and stereo upgrade...yeah....I'm sooooo broke.

JediHercules I bought this one back in October. I bought it from Capital Dodge Jeep in Willimantic. I actually met the previous owner she was a really cool chick. She put a lot of work into that Jeep. I can't wait for the warmer weather.

lensam Hey Jedi how long have you owned that? One went for sale a day after I bought my 06 in November '11 , I think it was in Wallingford
03-28-2013 11:13 AM
JediHercules I keep my back seat in cause I have a family, but I too just like to take everything off and enjoy the sunshine. I am going to be looking for either a new soft top or hard top for next winter. I have an '06 white Golden Eagle.

I know the ones for my CJ allow you to keep it in. I would assume that the other ones do as well. I know there are two different type, one for a family roll cage and one just for the front seat. Got a link to the cargo net, I may be buying one but currently I am trying to get a guy on the forum to custom make me one from paracord.
