low profile if you don't want something sticking out.

|Bosman||It is hard to find the USB plug. It's beside the power port/cigarette lighter. Stick your hand in and feel around for it. It's on the INSIDE of the console FRONT wall.|

That's insane that we both asked the question at nearly the same time.
Great minds and all that....

|SilverSport||Unless Jeep changed something for 2013, you should also have a 12V outlet inside the center console.|

It would have been nice of Jeep to install a power point in the back of the center console. I may just end of doing that and buying a USB charger for it.
I'm not sure what would happen if I plug in a USB hub to UConnect system. I'm thinking it would cause issues. I keep my iPod plugged in to the center console and just need the additional for charging.

|rfortune||Do you not have one inside the console? If you do there is a nifty little cutout to run cables out the passenger side of the console that you could use as an extension to a little 4 port usb hub then attach it wherever you want.|

Search the posts for USB. Found one in whichntheynimstalled a port over the rear seat cup holders. Here's mine with a less OEM install on the seatbelt locks.

Has anyone installed a USB port for charging phones, etc in their Jeep? I'd like to install one in the back of the center console so my kids can charge their phones and tablets.
