The most trustworthy shop that specializes in Jeeps that I am aware of is in Corona.
It is All 4 Wheel Drive in Corona. Not the cheapest, but John Lemieux is probably the best guy in SoCal, let alone Orange County. He's also very good with lockers and R&P gears.
(951) 277-1037 - 21765 Temescal Canyon Rd, Corona, CA
Please tell him I sent you if you call him, he gave me an awesome deal on the used auto transmission I bought from him.

They've been repairing Jeeps since they were 10 years old. Call them and explain your situation. Ask for Gasper. Tell em' Bash sent ya!
Then call me once it's repaired so we can go wheeling together.

Help: Jeep repair shop in Orange County, CA???
I'm new to this forum; great forum!! Iím on a similar forum for mountain biking, so I was happy to find this one and Iím hoping some people can offer some help. Not sure if this is the correct area for this posting, but thought I try it?
I own a 1998 Wrangler that needs some repair and looking for a good shop in Orange County, CA area.
Thereís a couple Dealerships near by, and thereís also a Dealer/Repair shop named Jeeps-R-Us in Laguna Beach, but donít know much about them.
Was hoping someone local to Orange County or Los Angeles area could refer or offer assistance on a good, reasonable & trustworthy repair shop. I donít have the time or patience to replace or do the repair myself, so I need to find a shop.
I took a trip out to Joshua Tree this past weekend and about 10miles from home; my clutch went out. Each time I engage the clutch thereís an extremely loud squealing sound, so Iím assuming the clutch is gone.
Any assistant would be greatly appreciated.
