Jwolfer I ordered this hose.

GM Parts Direct: 15131046 - HOSE

And followed this video.

It takes a little cutting of the new hose but it has worked like a charm so far.

mdutton Jwolfer where did you find a longer filler neck hose? I had to slide mine partially off each side to make it long enough. The fuel burp has happen to me in the past when tank reaches full

I have a JKS 1.25"BL/mml. I did not have any problems with my auto shifter. I did not have any problems with my fuel filler hose either. I did have to use the drop bracket for the TJ linkage even though the instructions and most people say that if you do both, you do not need it. But even with many adjustments, it kept popping out of 4lo without it. I could see the angle of the linkage was off, so I used the bracket. I think these things fall into the "every Jeep is different" category.

NC Bear I did not have to extend anything. I did have to replace my shift boot with one of the "pleather" ones from Autozone.... I kept popping off the accordion type boot especially on the colder mornings

Wattapunk Didn't need to extend the brake or fuel lines. Grease the Radiator support snubbers to ease with install. I removed the headlights and pulled the nipple through with pliers. Some have had luck lowering the tub down for the snubbers to pop in place. Only do one side at a time to prevent the tub from shifting and remember to undo the fuel filler bolts before jacking up the Jeep.

Dextreme Brake lines will be fine. The fuel neck "should be" fine. If you have a manual tranny with rubber accordian shift boot, expect it make 2nd & 4th gear hard to get into. Yank the boot off and replace it with a $10 pleather shifter boot from Autozone.

Since you already have the MML installed, your radiator shroud is probably adjusted for the MML...you will probably have to adjust it again for the BL so your fan doesn't hit.

Jwolfer The BL was very easy to install, especially with socket extensions. The MML on the other hand was a pretty big pain but that's only because I have a late model TJ with the AC compressor too close to the driver side mount. My brake lines are fine but my filler hose is too short. I should be getting a new hose in the mail today that will be longer and will also solve my gas spit back issue so I am killing two birds with one stone.

JKS 1.25 BL pre purchase questions

I have a 2" suspension lift and 1" MML and am looking to install the JkS 1.25 BL.

Will I have to extend brake lines or gas filler hose?

Any other helpful tips for installing? Any drawbacks to this BL?
