Couple more pictures with painted black screws and some pouches. Pouches are BDS Tactical Enhanced Admin Pouch and BDS Tactical Beat Triple M4 Magazine Pouch. I am very pleased with the placement of the M4 pouches as the magazines are easily retrieved even when the door is closed, but they are out of the way and not easily visible. The admin pouch will hold registration, insurance, and a pistol mag.
I have inquired about a commercial account today, and if approved I will provide more details about purchasing panels in the very near future. They will be VERY reasonably priced and made entirely in Oceanside, CA USA.

Here is the center console panel that I had made for the Tuffy. This will hold a pistol holster, single magazine pouch, knife or and admin pouch.
The door panels are 3 rows of 10 columns and can accommodate multiple ammo pouches, a holster, roll up dump pouch/trash bin, admin pouch, knife, etc.
I opted for grommets to bolt mine on, but we would also make these available with the entire back of the panel being made with hook/loop material so that it could be attached to the doors that way. I have the black screw caps that will go on tomorrow... I ran out of light to put them on.
The rear arm rests will be done Monday and I am having those done with hook and loop with large pull handles (similar to a drag handle), so that they can be pulled off if necessary. I will use one as a medical panel and the other with ammo pouches. So if necessary, you pull them off and go (similar in style to dapper panels in packs).
Let me know what you think, suggestions, comments etc.

I just wanted to say that I have one of your chest rigs, with a camel back attachment, Used it all through Iraq, over 300 missions, and it never developed even a fray in the fabric, the zipper pouches work awesome, and the quality of the construction is probably some of the best of the gear I have seen.
How about some seat covers with tactical MOLLE on the back side and some side or front pouches?

|Waftic||I'm fine with screwing them into the doors. would have to be short screws not to hit the window. It would be awesome if they were full door panels that incorporated a armrest. As for the roll bar flapping issue I would suggest using tent poles strong small and removable and then just normal pull tight straps for backpacks. Maybe even those c brackets so the straps don't slide the ones used to keep the doors from swinging too far.|

|Dubler||What if u don't have a tuffy overhead compartment? It doesn't look very universal.|

I tried a panel for the rear roll bars and the problem is the same as with a bikini top... getting it stretched tight enough that it holds up at highway speeds. That is when I came up with the idea for having a tube at each side of the panel so that a rod could be inserted. That would give it enough rigidity to hold up.
I have a question for those interested in door panels, hatch panels and panels for along the sides of the rear seat (arm rests). How do you want to attach them? I can have grommets spaced along the edges so that you can screw them in to the doors, hatch, arm rests. That is about the only idea that I can come up with for attachment.

I posted these pics in another thread on Friday. The first panel I have done is an accessory panel for the Tuffy overhead compartment. It has 8 rows of PALS with 8 sections in each row. I have a triple 5.56 mag pouch and a Super Admin Pouch attached currently. Plenty of room for a knife and radio still.
Should have the door panels done this week if all goes well...
The name of the company is BDS Tactical Gear...

As to your question before if this idea would catch the interest of people, I think it's safe to say, YES! HELL YES!
Keep up the excellent work.

I'm also interested, being a military guy I have a lot of gear that would interchange. I know my old man would be interested too. He goes out hunting in the High Desert (Ca) a lot. He'd love to be able to secure all his gear. One of his biggest complaints. He works in L.A. area.
If you need someone to test out how they hold up in The dessert environment I am sure he'd volunteer. Having Both his sons on active duty in the military, I am sure he'd get a kick out of it.
Here he is out scouting for future hunting areas on the "back roads."
