aldo90731 I have PIAA 520 Ion-Plasma fog lights.

The fogs look blue when off; amber when on.

Here is my switch for the light bar. I modded a factory wiper switch to have two independent on positions and also not be a momentary. I used leds for lighting so it illuminates like stock. It appears and functions as if it were stock.

WillyD Her's & His RI Dually Spots

Iv'e wired them with a relay off the high beams. The signs at the top of the hill is .3 miles. The cell pone doesn't do the lighting justice

Wanted a light bar. Wanted it for inclement weather. Wanted to try out amber. Went with the combo beam. Hooked it into the factory fog light harness with the correct connector (ZJ battery temp harness fo free!) and originally had the white connected to the high beam switch but ended up using a factory style rocker switch for the white and amber separately (I modded one). These are the pics for now. Its mounted below the bumper set back about even with the pitman arm. I didn't want it high nor out on display. I won't adjust it till I hit bad weather since that is when it matters to me (still waiting on that!). I also took it apart and siliconed it since condensation/water is the biggest complaint with cheap led bars.

HIDProjectors Bixenon projectors. I perfer HID projector to the LED offerings because of the spread, beam pattern and throw. LEDs do have a few benefits, but a proper projector setup is still superior.

50" Aurora LED lightbar on the windshield, custom ordered for 100% spot.
10" Aurora LED lightbar above the fairlead. (combo beam)
Rigid Industries Dually D2s on the A pillar (driving beam)

Video of the lights on....keep an eye on the canyons...you can see the spot 50" illuminating them. Keep in mind, the iphone is compensating the exposure, so in real life, it is A LOT brighter than you see in the video.

Again, exposure is compensated, but if you look into the distance, you can see the bluffs being lit up

3000K HID (yellow) in the foglights. Work incredibly well in bad weather, and again, superior than any other lightsouce for foul weather (still used on LeMans race cars today).

This is headlights and fogs only. Notice how even the spread of light is.

I am waiting for my rear bumper to be released before I tackle the rear lighting setup.

Everything is run through an SPOD system.
Man.. I need to make the switch to LED.. That's so sick

Thanks!

I thought I'd be different and mount the bar to the hood. It glares some but I don't really see it much since the actual fixture covers it from behind, if that makes sense. Overall, this setup is just stupid bright!

How did you mount it on the hood. was looking to do the same actually?
