Finally a Wrangler owner

Hey guys, finally bought my first Wrangler. It's a 2000 manual with a 4" Rough Country lift and 33in mud tires. I live on the blue ridge mountains near Skyline drive so this should be a ton of fun to drive.

Now I do have a question for you all. I am new to the lifts and bigger tires so I was wondering how do I restore some of the lost horsepower?

Thanks,
Kevin
