|DjA||Hey, sorry - this was an old thread that got bumped by someone. I ended up selling my hard top, getting a new soft top setup that works better with my half doors, so I don't think I'm going to sell them.|

I agree it'd be easier to buy/sell rather than trade, but also agree if you're patient and hold out for a good deal, you'll eventually find it.
I know of a guy locally who was parting out a good TJ and didn't know the going rate for the parts (ie. stupid high) and sold off a set of near perfect full doors for $100, a hood for $25, and a complete tcase w/ SYE and tom woods dshaft for $300.
Needless to say, I got to him too late and missed out on those deals.

|DjA||Fair enough, but I've seen a couple of deals like this worked out in this very forum.|

Just my $.02
You would probably be better off buying a full set of doors and then trying to sell your half doors. Most guys that have the hard doors are not looking to trade them for half doors. I have been looking for a decent priced set of full doors and the best I have found is $700. Good Luck!

|DjA||Trying this again...willing to throw in a reasonable amount of cash to cover the difference between half and full doors.|

TJ Half door for full door swap
I'm not sure if this goes in Wanted or For Sale, so I'm putting it in both.
I have 1999 TJ half doors, black with black panels. I want to explore a trade for full doors.
My doors have some typical pin striping from off-road use, but are otherwise in pretty decent shape. The panels used to be spice, but I re-painted them black with krylon fusion. I can throw in soft uppers as well.
Your full doors can be scratched up or whatever - just as long as they work. I'd prefer black so I don't have to incur the extra expense of painting.
