Wattapunk Whichever route do decide with (POR 15/paint or Monstaliner), I would replace the factory metal plugs with rubber plugs. The metal plugs location drains channels water more efficiently. I did this before Monstalining. I found the plugs cheap off Ebay or I heard the JK plugs fit.

krisbman Por 15 is really the only thing that will stop it. Everything else is just a cover up

That's what I did! Minus the clear. My carpet sits on it anyway.

bostiguy I'm confused. Are you asking how to stop the leak or stop the rusting because of the leak?

SurfKaster I'd also pull that plug.

yoopone Sand clean, treat with an anti rust primer then bed line the entire interior. I used Herculiner and rolled it on with their kit. I did all floor areas. My Jeeps get wet inside occasionally from the mudding and trail riding we do. We have also got caught out in a thunderstorm without the tops with. I kept the carpets in for foot comfort and to reduce noise a bunch. When it gets wet, I pull the carpets and let them air dry and the floors dry right up.
