Value of a 1995 Jeep Wrangler

I am interested in buying a jeep from a friends uncle. It's a 1995 Jeep Wrangler with 156,000 miles, with one owner. It has been sitting out in the elements for some time now without a top or cover. The seats are faded but not rotten. It will also need a new radio and speakers. Overall the interior is a little rough but no major issues. There is a lot of rust underneath it however none on the body or the frame. It also has a new clutch plate slave, and master cylinder. It has a brake fluid leak that we know is coming from the left rear wheel.

It has a 4.0L 6 cylinder that starts and runs great.

Upgrades
  • It's currently lifted and sitting on 38" Boggers.
  • Alloy 30 Spline Axles Front and Rear
  • EcTed Lockers Front and Rear
  • 4/56 gears
  • 9,000lb Winch
The selling is asking $4,000
I would like some help in finding out what the value of the vehicle is.
If anyone has an questions I will try and answer them as best as I can.

Thanks for any help
Tommy Taylor
