petercass88 Wrangling - Buy The Best Jeep Ever - Jp Magazine

here is the article if you are having trouble finding it. From my rough skim it sounds like I made a good find with my 95 YJ came with all the goodies and in great shape for $5700.00 There are good ones out there. If you are willing to venture down to the palm bay area there is a guy with a decent looking white 93 YJ with all the goodies for a bit more but he has been steadily dropping his price over the past few months. The only real differences between the one i picked and his - 4 cyl vs. 6 cyl and I dont regret a thing considering mine has the terra low gears. (in 4-low you can walk next to it in third gear... lots of pull!)

But anyways... this is the opinion of a car enthusiast yet a complete Jeep/Wrangler noob. Happy hunting!

Your at a good price range, you should be able to find what you are looking for. BTW what are you looking for? A reliable daily driver or something to bash around/repair a lot? You also need to make a few simple decisions like 4 cylinder or 6? Automatic or stick? Also, how mechanically inclined are you?

Buying a Jeep

I'm looking to buy a Jeep wrangler, I would prefer any 90's model.
My price range is $5,000.
North Central Florida is preferred.
