i have stock tires and bushwacker flatties and thimk it looks great , not planning on lifting or tires anytime soon . You'll be fine . Now if you had a sport it might look silly but you have 32's

You can't put substantially bigger tires on the stock wheels without wheel spacers. So to go to bigger tires, you'll need either new wheels or wheel spacers in addition to the new tires.
If you must install the flares and you must keep your stock tires and wheels, I would not add any extra height to the jeep yet (via either a leveling kit or a coil lift), as that'll only make it look more ridiculous. In other words, with flat flares and stock tires, I'd stay at stock height until I could get bigger tires.
So if the flat flares are going on, my recommendation as to what to do next would be to immediately sell your tires/wheels in favor of a wheels that allow for bigger tires and a set of bigger tires. Or to sell your stock tires in favor of bigger tires and wheel spacers.
When you do move up in height, I would discourage a leveling kit in favor of a real coil lift. Most leveling kits (or "budget boosts") use spacers that sit in top of your current coil springs. That's fine if you're not adding a winch and a steel bumper.
But if you are adding well over 100 lbs worth of weight hanging off the nose, your stock coil springs were never meant to handle that kind of weight. The result will be the jeep will nose dive pretty strong under hard braking, and over time the stock coils will sag.
The better bet is to get a real coil lift that replaces your stock coils with sturdier aftermarket coils that are meant to handle the weight.

EDIT II - If you're on a budget, the best way to go given what you've already bought is probably to get some 33x12.5" tires on 15" wheels and just add a single coil spacer on each side up front to compensate for the sag. It'll nose dive when you brake hard, but should otherwise be alright. With no real lift, 33x12.5R15s should look good under flat flares.

If you're keeping the tires why prep your Jeep for larger tires? My stockers just got changed to 33's (well 285's anyway) a couple of days ago after 41,000 miles. I have about 200 lbs on the front between winch & bumper and am only now considering lifting/leveling even though I still probably don't "need" to.
Sorry to hear you've already spent on the flares, could've used that cash for other mods until you're ready for 35's or larger. Stockers with flares is going to look....well, odd.

|Cameron West||Sorry, not waiting on the flares. I have $1200 to spend on anything that I might need. Keep in mind that i already have the flares, the top, and the bumper. What do you guys think i should do next? Leveling kit? sell my stock tires and use that money to get new ones? post pics please!|

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in general most folks think flat flares look patently ridiculous with stock size tires.
A coil lift would be preferable, but yeah, you'll likely at least want a leveling kit if you're adding a steel bumper and winch.
Sell the rubicon tires/wheels on Craigslist and put the cash toward new tires and wheels. For flat flares with 2" of lift or so, you really need at least 35s to fill it out.
Make sure you get 4.10 gears.

Jeep modification help!
OK. So i am getting a 2013 JKU Rubicon and I have a few questions for you guys. I know for sure that I am getting an MBRP full width front bumper no winch. Is this bumper heavy enough to need some sort of leveling kit? ALso, i am getting Xenon flat fender flares. I am also getting a wild boar fastback top. I am considering getting it bed-liner sprayed in a dark grey color as well. As you all know, the Rubicon comes with off-road 32 inch tires and I was wondering how the jeep would look if were to get a leveling kit put onto it? or even if i was just going to have those tires and the xenon flares? the flat flares are so thin that it makes the jeep look lifted even if its not. I might be able to afford after,arket tires, but this is a daily driver and since I am paying for the Rubicon tires anyway, i would like to keep them. If anyone has pics of their jeep rubicon 2013 i would love to see them. So what I am asking is, do i need a leveling kit? would it look better with a leveling kit? and i would really love to see any pictures of jeep Rubicon's with their stock tires, ESPECIALLY if they have flat flares. If you guys have any suggestions as to other mods i should look at, i am all ears. Thanks!
