This is true. I was at Rokmen a few weeks ago and they were very busy trying to get their new shop up and running. It was a total construction zone and they said they were in and out of the shop all time dealing with moving and construction. They were our of steering box skids too when I was there. I wonder if they let the stock drop low so they didn't have to move too much???

Regardless, bad communication is not acceptable. I was planning on buying a set of Rokmen sliders next week and if they are out of stock, I'll buy from someone else. A to Z Fabrication, T&T and Savvy will be others that I look at if Rokmen does not have them in stock.

UnlimitedLJ04 go with a different company.

Shrockworks, UndercoverFab, AtoZ Fabrication or Savvy would be good alternatives.

I have a few pictures, but none without stock flares. If you look around, especially on JeepForum, you will find plenty with all different types of fenders.
If you have pictures floating around on the interwebs, post the links!

I've called them a few times during this period. The reason they've been on backorder is because their laser cutting has been broken, I'm not sure if they own this cutter or if they outsource the cutting. Their attitude towards the issue seems very blasé, they said I can cancel the order but I've already ordered the reinforcement plates and gasket separately (they did say they'd pay for shipping to return the plates) and like I said I was very dead set on getting these

geiman Have you called Rokmen?

Savvy's sliders are by far my favorite, and are what I run. Ironically, the first time I saw them I thought they weren't exactly the best looking either, but they've grown on me to the point where I prefer this style over anything else. Plus, if you're going to use them for what they're made for, not having a tube is a big plus. One less thing to get hung up on.

Rokmen Slider Alternatives

My girlfriend bought me some Rokmen sliders for Christmas, I've had my heart set on them for years now. She placed the order mid December and Rokmen has been backordered since. It's been almost 4 months now and they have not been too communicative during the whole situation, leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth. I think it may be time to move on.

The reason I was dead set on Rokmen was because of their attention to detail, another company that comes to mind is Savvy. Does anyone have any pictures of the Savvy sliders without the stock flares or with tube fenders? Functionally I feel these may be the best sliders around but I'm not sure how I feel about the look yet.

If anyone has any other quality sliders they'd recommend post them up!
