I had the TF 1.5" Leveling Kit put on my 2013 JKU and just used my stock sport shocks and springs. Looks and rides great.

|Andrew_Evs||@Binx - I swapped my stock springs and shocks with Rubi Shocks and Springs and installed the TF 1.5" Leveling Kit. No extensions.|

|Binx||Hey Andrew_eve did you use shock extensions with that? I have the same thing with the springs and Rubi shocks but want to add the tf kit and had both quadratec and teraflex say I needed them for basically what you did.|

@Cride - I just installed the same set up today. 1.5" Teraflex Kit (Quadratec for $130 w/ free shipping) and swapped stock springs for the Rubi Springs and Shocks (CL for $150)... I'd say I got about 2.5" - 3" lift. Definitely a stiffer ride. Wish I had taken a before photo, but here at my afters.

If you install the regular Teraflex leveling kit(spring spacers) you will see no difference in handling.

I am planning on going with the Teraflex leveling kit for my '11 Rubicon. Do I need wheel spacers to run stock wheels and tires? Not ready to get new wheels and tires yet, just unsure about the need for spacers.

|JKatfish||I've been bouncing back and forth between the TF leveling (spacers) and the TF performance (coils) myself. Would using Rubi springs and spacers as the OP did acheive the same thing since take offs are about $100 or less. Can the stock Sport shocks be used as well and other parts needed to just go with spacers and Rubi springs?|

I don't usually recommend the performance kit, since you can get a full-blown 2.5" spring lift for a few hundred $'s more, but in your case it I think you'd benefit from it.

I'm getting ready to dump a new bumper and winch on the front of my 2012 Rubi Unlimited, which I did think to buy with the very heaviest springs that Chrysler sold.
I'd be interested to know if anyone has used the Teraflex setup with this much weight up front. I'm guessing I'd have to forgo the rear springs to get a level Jeep.

You must baby that thing if you get 19mpg. Is it the 3.6 or 3.8?
I'm running a stock '08 with 33x11.50's and I'm lucky to get 15.5hwy. It normally sits around 13.7.

I went the same route with spacers as well as changing out the 15/59 springs to run 18/59 and rubi shocks. I like the look a lot.
