just ordered mine from amazon yesterday! should be here tuesday with free prime shipping.
This will be my first "majorish" mod to my 14 Granite Sahara Unlimited
When i first got the jeep I found a pic of this bumper on a jeep and knew it was the style I wanted!
2mos of looking I was about to order a rockhard 4x4 bumper until I ran across another picture of this and knew it was the right one for me! Not only is the styling exactly what I wanted but it weighs a bit less and costs quite a bit less than others of the same category.
this is the pic that did it for me!

I see on your Rampage install that you did not flip the grill piece from your original bumper to fill the gap...I am assuming you can you that piece either way. Looks better with the ridges rather than just placed upside down.
Love the bumper!!!

Unfortunately I was hoping to get this done for my trip to Rubicon but it doesn't look like that will happen. So now I have time.

|JeepHerz||It's been covered briefly- but anyone have aftermarket fenders other than the ACE wide? Still love my Rampage but can't find a (rock bashing) fender that works with the full width. My Rampage is gonna make the front of my JK look like the Pringles man.|

I just finished installing the air damn back on after installing the Rampage front bumper.

|Jeeprubi13||I've seen a few rampages here in town and they are comparable in quality mine is pretty sturdy I went for this brand because it was a similar design and it was easy on my pocket. Also the dv8 I have has light tabs on the top tube|

|Digger70||I also thought the KO's tubes were 0.25" smaller than the Rampage's.|

Glad you like your bumper and it looks looks good- but so no one gets confused it's not Rampage. (KO buys their bumper from DV8 by the way). Per the product manager at Rampage:
"Unfortunately these are knock-offs. We’re currently trying to sort out what is going on and how. Seems they’ve knocked off quite a few bumpers from various manufacturers. One listing even goes so far as to say they are made in the USA, which they for sure are not."

I am posting this pic just in case someone worries because this bumper is made in China. This bumper was one of the first things I did and I'll admit since then all my rock crawling armor/equipment is made in the USA. If you look back very early in this thread you'll see I was hit pretty hard and my Rampage suffered no damage. Well- this weekend a big boulder (on the right) I was trying to crawl over turned. And wedged itself between the Rampage, my tie rod and my tire. My only choice was to hit reverse- with the boulder jammed against the lip. I lifted 3/4" of this rock off the ground and backwards- before it dropped and shifted, just enough to let me get off of it. I may not have explained that well- but by all accounts this "made in China" bumper/design could've easily ripped right off- or crumpled under the pressure. You can see all the "damage" that was done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to a mall crawler OR a rock crawler.
(And my semi-gloss powder coat has held up better than any of the Warn components around it).

I know many people in the thread have talked about an air dam with this bumper. I looked at designing a custom one (and probably will still) like others have but thought why don't I see if there is a way to modify the plastic one to work with the bumper because it's sitting here and free.
So, I'll post some more details tomorrow along with some measurements but I think I have it figured out and it looks to be securely mounted.
I simply cut off the "wings" near the tires so they were the width of the bumper where the drings are located (mine are still a little wide in pic and will be trimmed tomorrow). I then took measurements and trimmed the front lip so it fit in the bottom back of the bumper.
With the front lip cut and notched for the gussets I marked the 4 holes on the crash bar (silver screws just below bumper) on the back of the air dam.
Then just drill holes, add some bolts with washers and nuts and you have an air dam back on the front for free. Looks factory once you clean up your cuts and paint your hardware black.
