I tried to eye it and figure it out but hit a screeching halt. I have a general idea of where things go but couldn't figure out where to put the bar which resulted in nothing lining up. I don't really need the info immediately as the hard top went on yesterday for next 6 or 7 months. I

wiscosolid Sorry to bring back an old one but the recent thread had nothing but negative critics who don't actually own one.

Does anybody have the instructions scanned? I've got multi top and have never used the cargo set up. The fastback install I've got down pat after a couple years but need to go thru the instructions for the cargo.

Thanks.

Yes. See my earlier post on leak issues.

SloKrawler Just ordered a fast back from Tim (ORH). They are currently on sale for those who are interested.

I can't wait (it's going to be a while) for the weather to get better.

UgaTyler I haven't installed the cargo top portion of my multi top and kind of want to sell it (I love the fast back). So if there is anyone who has the fastback and wants the cargo top make me a reasonable offer.

basecamper I have not but... I think my concern would be the tailgate bar. As long as the tuffy sits below bed line you would be ok but the ORH tailgate bar may cause a problem because it extends in a bit. Call Tim at ORH I bet he could tell you.

Awesome Top!

I just installed the Offroad Heros Multi Top and really like it!

The instructions left a lot to be desired but lets face it, how many of us use those things anyway (haha)

I installed the fastback top first. I did end up having to practically take the whole top off when I got to the last part (the back door pillars) and found that I needed to double wrap the material and could not do it with the zippers and Velcro in place. No biggie though, by this time the material had softened and stretched (in AZ and it was a cool 107) Once I got that on and buttoned it all up it looked AWESOME!

I took it for a drive and it is quieter then the stock soft top and no wind noise. Just as a test, I sprayed it down with the hose to see if there were any leaks, I got about 7 drops on the front passenger seat but a quick adjustment fixed that.

I installed the Utility top today. The removal of the fast back took about 5 minutes and installing the utility top (for the first time) only took about 45 minutes. There were no instructions provided for the utility top at all, but again... Well, you know. The utility top has a roll bar cover to protect the factory roll bar cover, problem, it renders the rear seat-belts useless. This is a problem because I have to small kids. 2nd problem, this is not water tight at all and last the back window reflects the radio and dash lights making it almost impossible to see out the back window at night and creating this dancing image that is very distracting. I didn't buy it for the utility top anyway so again no biggie (for me)

The Bikini top is cool because you can cover just the front or just the back or both front and back with or without a back window and even with the tonneau cover.

It comes with all of the door surround hardware that is nicer then the stock surrounds and so you don't have to buy anything if you only have a hard top.

I love the look, fit and ease of use of this top! I will write again in about a year, after an Arizona summer!

jdjackson23 This past weekend I was DD for my friends and one of them got to my jeep before I did. When I got there, he was laying on my top. He then decided to stand on it. I was surprised that it did not tear and it has regain its shape.

I was interested in this top until I saw how the rear seatbelts work. Also a little scared about the leaks. Bummer cause I love the way it looks.

I do have the premium top and love it so far. I would deffinently recommned it verses the vinyl.

If you look at the design and install it correctly it should not leak.
Same here. Only leaks are due to the soft doors. Love the top. Every time I see a factory soft top folded down with all the hardware in back I love the ORH top even more.

That other shim was on. The puddles are on the bed cover.

I don't feel like this argument again, but I promise you it will leak. The center channel is an open channel that is not watertight, with no runoff angle and is stuffed with the clips from the front and back panels. A long enough heavy rain will flood the center channel, it then spills over the front and back quicker than it can run out to the sides. Better look at that design again. It's basically set up as a gutter that's full of leaves that was installed with no runoff angle. There isn't a wrong way to install it so don't get your hopes up that I just installed it wrong.

I called a friend to help. We started at 7pm and were all done by 9pm (2 hours)

Instructions were great and whole prcedure was quite straight forward.

Dry-fitted all pieces and then tightened brackets. I used a soldering gun with the flat tip for the holes.

Based on my personal experience, one and a half month's delivery from date of order, professionally packaged, ease of instalation, looks great and in my opinion "The best looking and quality top on the market" I would certainly recomend Tim's Tops to anyone.

I was one of those replies but the other day I had to close the front section due to weather and I would agree its pretty darn load 99.9% of the time I have the front section rolled open and everything else closed including the windows and its quiet compared to my other convertible. After a year I would say if you need a top that you can open without exposing the back seat (dogs) there isn't much out there and I love it. I also love the look and all the comments I get. Having said that i'm sure there are better tops out there for less money.

I got $800 for mine which is $70 more than I paid at the time. I wasn't willing to hold out for best offer. Mine was on for 1 day. We both we happy with the deal.

Arsonman Installed mine on Sunday, a nice 85 degree, humid day. Took me and a buddy about three hours to install. Don't worry about the white door. We had to test fit doors and mine were in my garage so we used his.

I will say it is louder than the soft top but no where near as loud if the top was removed. I am also wondering what to do with the rear window with the seatbelt slit.
