rocknjeep Heck of a story! Thanks! That is what makes the forum a must. 2012's with cylinder head problems and this with the 2013. I hear folks that get heated seats have problems with them too. Whatever happened to quality control?

Befddtty members can give them business, and make sure they tell them WHY they are giving them the business.

bulldog777 It's terrible you had that kind of problems with a brand new jeep, BUT....what a great dealer you have there! Sounds to me they understand "customer service".
I'm about to buy a jeep, but I'm a LLOONNGG way from that dealer.
Enjoy the Ride.....

Golden Rule

Your dealer has it in their heart. Good for both of you.

That was a heroic post. Homer would have been proud .

So here you go... if you you live in the Twin Cities (or MN WI) areas... you can't go wrong with Barnett Auto Group out of White Bear Lake. My sales guy was Tony Trinka... if your in the hunt for an new vehicle I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They're not a super mod shop, but they are 2nd-to-none when your purchasing a new/used vehicle for your fleet.
Your story was more about Chrysler than the dealer. Sounds to me like the dealer did everything in their power to help you, which is all I'd ever ask of a dealer.

MudRunner Well, welcome to the forum Sounds like quite a journey, but atleast the dealer seemed to do what was right. I've heard some other horror stories where people can't even get loaner cars
