I am a LOT anal about something like this.......maybe because, "it only has to happen once" to be a horrible accident.
Scuffs and little tears are one thing but if you are questioning if cuts to the sidewall are safe, on here (the Forum) those tires should be used ONLY for wheeling IMO

|KevinNJ||They are 2 ply sidewalls. I have a few hundred miles on them since wheeling. my 5th is strictly get me out of a bad situation tire...|

|OffRoadCam09||I guess a better question would be what ply are the tires? It really could go either way but I have seen some an have a set of tires that are pretty beat up with cuts an scratches. Have you drove on them much since wheeling them? Like stated above you can rotate that tire out if you feel the need.|

|DocterWrangler||I disagree, just because its not leaking air doesn't mean that its safety isn't compromised. You don't want a blow out on the highway. I would rotate in your fifth wheel. And use the damaged only as a spare until it can be replaced.|

|OffRoadCam09||If your not experiencing any leaks or loss of air in any way then I would say your good to go. They may be scratched up an cut to an extent but as long as they aren't losing air you should be fine|

rocks and sidewalls
Guess last time out wheeling I hit some rocks which put some damage to my sidewalls? How much cut is too much on the sidewalls? these aren't all the way through, but definitely noticeable.
