All Terrain JK Sorry I got home to late to measure it, I will do it tomorrow. You are welcome to any of it or all of it for the cost of shipping.

This is spot on. Just got the time tonite to finish my install. Mostly just an adjustment which was simple even with the skid plate in place. Tried the Tera Flex piece that goes on the old "tree" on transfer case and that was a waste of time.
Novak all the way

All Terrain JK I have the Novak kit on my Jeep. It works excellent and it's easy to install, well worth the money.

Water Dog Check the rubber transfercase mount on your skid plate. Mine was doing the same thing when the mount separated. The torque shifted the tc enough to pop the plastic clips out. Not sayin' that replacing the stock linkage is a bad idea, but the problem you're having might have an easy remedy.

Trailsnail Tereflex makes a kit. I had the same issue. My local shop did some custom work for $100. I think the Tereflex kit is around $80 plus your time and labor. Just check around.

Transfer case shifter linkage

Anyone know what kit i should buy to replace my crappy stock transfer case linkage? I have already replaced all the grommets and stuff once and today when i was climbing a hill it popped out of 4 low and the shifter linkage bar popped out of the bracket to the transfer case. This design sucks as it is mounted to the tub.
