boosh71 Check the timing. I had this issue on a different vehicle. Took forever to finally figure it out.

InvisiblePants Could be catalytic converter going. Bang your cat and see if you hear any noise/rattle. If it meow's or hisses, you banged the wrong cat.

Snorkel Brand new plugs wires distributor cap and rotor..plugs came pre gapped..it also seems like it wants to surge when sitting at a light

InvisiblePants Check your spark plugs to see if they a fouled or incorrectly gapped.

Hesitation

I'm having a problem with hesitation..I replaced the crankshaft positioning sensor which is the code it was throwing..Did not help..Seems to even out around 60 mph.. any suggestions on what may be wrong? New fuel pump as well. Thanks guys!
