Thanks! It's nice at highway speed, a nice hum just to let you know it's there, but no drone, and you can still have a conversation with someone in the jeep or on the phone. There is a little bit of a drone on acceleration at around 2,500-2,800rpm but not too bad.

Sorry no side pics of the red wheels, I only did the spare with plasti dip to see if I liked it. I'm going the use the dodge redline color to paint the wheels in the next couple of weeks. Pics to follow.

st1264 It sounds similar to all the other dual outlet exhausts that companies are selling. Can't get that V8 sound from the little V6. It does sound better than the stock exhaust system and it looks great, with the custom fabrication.

Fortunately, not in NM yet.

The hitch is for saying hi to the guy that decides braking at a stop light is optional.

Looks Nice. Love the dual exhaust effect. Nice tips.

Waiting for someone to come up with a side exhaust at the fender flare height or run the exhaust out the bumper like the rear valence penetrations.

Wish I had a welder (& could weld).

My point was just that I thought it was funny, since you obviously spent extra on a rubi with all the bells and whistles that help it "crawl over rocks and complete crazy offroad trails"... You are helping further the stereotype!

Anyway, I think we are in agreement!

Agreed, 95% will never leave pavement...

Looks good. Haven't heard an aftermarket exhaust sound that great on the 3.6/3.8 yet, but I'm hoping yours sounds like a 5.7 Hemi.

dawhitesJKU if you renamed your thread, i wouldn't have noticed the exhaust at first glance since your wheels caught my eye. i really like the exhaust though. Good job.

Jaker jk You got to be kidding right , having the stock muffler and one tip sucks

So you added more mufflers and more tips
04-23-2013 11:32 AM
SuperTJ I like that a lot.

Jeeps_and_Boats Its a trailer hitch... Doesn't look bad at all... Its a hitch.

At least it doesn't have the stupid dingleberries swinging below.

I like the look of the pipes, well done!

DynoMax Exhaust Cool and unique!
Those tips, in general, aren't cheap.

Are they clamped on for easy removal? I know you mentioned earlier that the trails are moderate. But if you can get them off...
04-23-2013 11:11 AM
County98 I actually kind of like that one. Looks good and good thinking!
