YJ fanatic I don't think any will work without being shortened. But many people use the front shaft out of a cherokee. It has 1310 u-joints and the slip in the shaft.

Sye what front cv drive will work for rear?

I'm doing a sye hack n tap on my 97 TJ- NP231 TC (I think). I want to know which CV (front or not) DS will work in replacement for the rear. I'm willing to have one cut and balanced to make it work but a stock one from another vehicle would be awesome. I think only the u joint size matters but I can't find a parts list of CV Driveshafts with the correct size U joins. Can anyone help me out? I'm tryin to keep this sye under $200 in total. Thank fellas!
