|Some Farkin Guy||The sail panels do flex a bit at higher speeds. My top is old and they're not flapping around enough to make me think they'll rip off. Jeeps just make noises you have to ignore. lol.|

How do these seats/fabric deal with the sun exposure in FL?? It gets hot down here and when it rains it pours. I keep my windows on as Ive only owned the jeep for a few weeks so still babying it lol
Also Ive tried the bungie cord around the rear panels when driving but it still looks like those things want to rip off when im traveling 70mph on my daily commutes

|Some Farkin Guy||
I remove my windows as soon as it starts getting warm. I usually put them back around November. I also have no carpet and the drain plugs are pulled. The heater in the Jeep gets you through those cold snaps.
They're easy to get back in as long as it's warm. Check around youtube for some videos of people showing you the best ways to put the top back up. There's a certain skill to it, but once you get it it's easy and quick.

I think you'll be okay with it like that until you get it repaired.
One thing we have done on our TJ is bee's wax on the zippers. Makes them so much easier to handle and can last a good while. If you don't have bee's wax, a candle will do the trick as well.

I screwed up one of my zippers yesterday and unded up cutting a piece of it out to get it loose. Long story
Is it advisable to drive with the window velcroed in and sitting in the channel on the bottom side? I'll be going 40 mph tops.

|nicodemus||I would recommend at least taking the back window out if you're going to have the doors off. That way you're not trying to drag around a big parachute!|

I didn't have issues with my 04 putting the windows in or out unless it was cold.
Then it was just tight but not a big deal.

Thinking about zipping the windows out to go to work and back today. Is that a good idea or is it a PIA to get them back in? This is my first Wrangler so be easy on me. Thanks
