brand new... 1997, ready for fun

hi all, new the jeeps and the forums, i have an insane amount of questions, same as most im assuming. ill be as clear as i can when asking a question, and i i cant tell you what im thinking ill take a picture and show you. like i titled it, i just got a 1997 TJ wrangler happy day!!! i had a toyo 4runner last car. anyhow, im looking to get a lift kit budget wise between 1500-2500$. and i wanted a set of Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's with kevlar for tires. id love input on that option and a suggestion for lifts and rims! thanks a mil!!!
