|swamphunter||Well the verdict is in.... YES, it does get easier. The following day I backed it out in the sun and went for a two hour drive before putting the top down. When I unlatched the front two latches, the immediately sprung loose and dangled free whereas the night previous it took all I had to latch them or unlatch them. We rode the two hours home with the top down and when we put the top back up it took less than 10 min at most. :-)|

|MrSig||Yep it is normal and will get easier when it stretches and warms up.|

Soft top on!!
Well finally warm enough in Northern NY that I put the soft top on the 2013 JKU. Must say it was much more difficult than I had expected but was working in 45-50 degree temps with a brand new never stretched top. The hard top was simple to remove but the install if the soft top wasn't so simple. I'm hoping that after being on the vehicle for some time that it will get easier as it stretches a bit. I followed the instructions to the letter but man...hellaciously tight fit.
Is this par for the course with a brand new never unrolled top?
