You get pretty good at it haha mine does it all the time. Funny story, my phone actually ejected out of my jeep about two weeks ago going 20 mph, the screen and frame did not survive. But 160$ later it's good as new!

Wondertwin1 Other TJ/LJ owner watch out for you. Left work an hour ago. Coming across the island and couldn't track down my phone (my music plays through Bluetooth, no texting, what are friends?). Searching my ass off to no avail, wishin I had someone with me to call it. No carpet, no back seat, no top or doors, should be simple right? Wrong. Well I'm sitting here searching and over on my passenger side trudging through the sand comes an LJ. He turned around just to see if everything was alright. He called my phone for me. Found under the middle of the passenger seat(no clue how it got there). By the time I figured it was missing I had only driven about 1000 feet. So thanks to all you jeepers out there that keep an eye out for another one in distress. I know I do. And I got the chance to pay the good deed forward about 5 miles later by telling a lady her tail light was out.

1) Low speeds = running this low gives them more bounce and they will cup/scallop

2) High speeds = the center of the tires will lift at high speeds and wear more in the center then the outsides

both of these scenarios can and will cause damage to your tires, create less surface space for riding and braking and ultimately create unbalancing issue that could create DW

I run my 35" mtrs at 28 psi and they appear to be wearing very evenly they have around 20-25k miles on them if I had to guess I bought them from a guy that said they had 10k on them and have had them a little over a year so figure in around 12k since it's my daily driver. Do I expect to get 50k out of them??? No I don't. if they were an a/t tire I would but they aren't plus I tend to lose a little rubber when I pay in the rocks because I spin them to get up obstacles. So taking that into account to each they're own. For what it's worth my size is rated at 2535 pounds at 35 psi, so to run them at 35 psi which is the psi on the sidewall I would b running pressure to support 10140 pounds which is way more than any tj weighs hence the lower pressure.
