|1rbotma||when i was checking on tire prices..the 35s were 40$ cheaper than 33s at that time. however you have to take into consideration if your driveline can handle 35s.. which may cost more than what you may save on the tires. with that said i ran 35s on my stock d30 or d35 for about a year before my spider gears got chewed up.|

|Rubicondon53||My first question would be, Why 16" rims? I've been around wheelin a long time, and made a mistake about 6 years ago. I kept the stock 16" Moab rims.. as a result I'm paying nearly 200 more for a set of tires, and I have way less selection of tire sizes.. Rim width to tire size? There is all kinds of info all over the web, but I think the rule of thumb is for the tire to be no more than 3" wider than the rim... I may be corrected on that by some one that knows for sure.. 31s will squeeze in under a stock suspension.|

Upgrading Tire size !!
Hi, I got my 1999 SE jeep about 5 months ago and I think it's time for me to get new tires. I currently have 215/70/R15 I think, (not 100% on the aspect ratio), but the tire is around 28" non the less. I'm was wondering if I would be able to use 265/75/R16's (31.6") or will I be limited at 265/75/R15's (30.6")? Also I will also need to buy new wheels if I am able to get the R16's so I was wondering how would I go about finding the correct wheel size width for the new tire?
P.S What's a good price for a set of 4?
