Well the jugs are finally off. Tried the breaker bar and nothing happened. Thanks to Mike001's idea of kicking them off. The driver's side was easy...just 4 or 5 kicks and it submitted. The passenger side was a little more time consuming...kicked and kicked and all I got was it bent in past the tire, then I had to resort to osbornl1's "big hammer". Beat it from underneath til I got the jug turned 1/4 and then just tugged til it finally came off.
The only problem now is that the metal clips that are holding the bolts on are truly stuck. Guess I'll just have to cut them off now with a dremel. So much for an easy removal of the jugs.
Thanks for all the ideas...seems like I needed more than one.

|haldodd||I drilled the middle of mine out then used a punch to knock what was left out. You'll need a good bit though.|

|Mike001||I was serious about the kicking them though, took me about 2 minutes to get it off.|

BrandyBAH - There's a bit of metal on the inside of the jug that braces the bolt and gives it something other than plastic to grab. There's a possibility that the threads are getting caught up on it, though I'm doubting that all of them would have messed up threads. It's got to be using the wrong tool.

I'll try the breaker bar the first chance I get. They're not stripped so that seems the least damaging. Then maybe the vise grips or cutting them off.
Thanks again for the suggestions...and as long as everybody has fun that's good too

|Mike001||Just kick the damn thing it'll fall right off. Your foot will be the least damaging tool you can use. Thats my method but rage from anger instigated the kicking method.|

|jherrin215||If you have the bolt out that far you should be able to grip the head of the bolt with a pair of vise grips. You don't have to worry about the torx slipping in the bolt but the bolt will be useless when you get done.|

I bow to your wisdom, 4Jeepn.
When I was a machinist, I went with the least damaging method first. If that didn't work, then I got the big hammer.

|4Jeepn||1. Use Rotor(dremmil) tool to cut head of bolt off, 2, pull stupid plastic section out. 3. Time used 60 sec.|

If you haven't stripped them, don't drill. I spent three days removing a torx after I stripped it out. Get a breaker bar and lean onto it to keep the bit tight in the head. They'll come out just fine. There isn't any loctite on them on the bumper I believe. You just can't get enough torque to take'em out with a screwdriver.
Or, cut the bolts and kick the damn things off.
