Jk11-girl Thanks. I found one that I was looking for. It's by Allen. And by over the tire fit. I meant... The rack fits over the spare tire.

The Saris CycleOn Pro
It fits in the trailer hitch. It holds two, but they sell addons to hold a third and even fourth bike.

Not sure what you mean by "Over the tire"
It holds the bikes by the wheels only if thats what you mean by over the tire. No fram contact. No steering bumping into your jeep. I Love mine!

Bike Rack

I need good recommendations for a over the tire bike rack that holds 3 bikes... any suggestions?
