Well I'm 6'3" tall and with it in place with freedom panels it is to low so....
I took panels off took all the balls except the back two rolled it up and the used mini bungies to hold rolled cover
It will be easy to reinstall next time panels are off
Bed part it does bother my head and my hot head liner is visible which I like!!

|0II1II0||I take off all 7 of the front spider balls. (three short that connect to the footman's loops and the 4 long on the sides) I let it hang down, put on the freedom tops, then use two long ones and connect to the freedom top latches. It's not tight but it's out of the way enough that it doesn't obstruct my view using the rear view.|

EDIT: Just saw your other thread. I have the full shade so my comments may be off since you have the JKini.

|Seginus||The only tricky part is getting the center latch covered by the shade. I just rub the latch through the shade; kinda sliding it open or closed. The two other covered latches you can reach up through the gap to open/close. Other than that it is easy peasy.|

|Boxerdad||What about the two bungees where the center srew goes in to hold freedoms panels|

|SuperTJ||You just have to reach behind it. I had one on my 2010 . I removed the center bungee to latch the middle but that was it.|

Spiderwebshade and freedom top panels
As I understand it the shade stays on??
I am trying to understand how I will be able to remove and reinstall the freedom panels with the spider shade in place?
