Was your engine hot, (normal operating temp), when you poured it in? I think you're supposed to do it "cold" idling because it will burn up before it gets a chance to sit and clean.
Kinda like water evaporating faster on something that's a hot surface rather than a cold one.

|Odie4AZ||When I did it I had a ton of smoke while sucking it up which takes a while, before I finished the smoke ceased. Once I restarted I had no smoke|

more smoke = more carbon build up
Odd that you had no smoke, does the vacuum on the brake booster distribute to all cylinders equally?
The foam may have never made it into the cylinders.
I have used it on a mustang, but not sure which vacuum line is best for a jeep.

Sea foam with no smoke
So I used sea foam today on my 93 4.0 and I got no smoke... I put 1/3 in fuel, 1/3 in crank case, and 1/3 in the brake booster hose and when I let it sit for ten min and started it back up, I didn't get any smoke. Is that normal??
