Still skeptical, however, on the output of these new LED bars... Seems like they do put out a lot of light, but it's all close to you, right in front of the jeep. At least, that's how they appear in pictures. I want long range LED stuff.
Here at O'Hare airport, the City Operations vehicles use LED light bars (I don't know what brand), and I can tell you that they put out a lot of bright light and it goes a long way. They used those vehicles to do runway inspections at night and you can see almost all the way down 2 miles of runway.

Blue Rubicon Look at lumens to amp draw. You want high lumens and low amp.

Sinister6 Absolutely...they have come alooong way not only in light output but also in price.
In fact I just bought a flashlight combo from Cosco, 500 lumen LED it is ABSOLUTELY unbelievable how bright it is for $19 for 2 WITH batteries!!!
Puts a mag light to shame!!! Just bought a 20" LED light bar for $229 shipped! Unreal how bright for amp draw...

Honestly, how well do the led lights work compared to regular lights. My regular flashlight works alot better than the led one I had so was curious if led's are worth the money.
