|mdelguidice||Thanks for all the info guys. Another question if anyone knows the answer...can I put 265/75R16 tires on stock wheels without a lift or spacers?|

I've got the discovered st's. 315 75 on 16" rims. They wear awesome and good trail, snow tire. 10,000 miles on them and still at 19/32 s tread.

|bill9274||i have the cooper stt's in 35x12.5-15's i love them. tried the duratracs on my sons jeep they rode good but were way to soft he stuck a stick or rock threw them everytime he went offroad im not exaggerating on everytime. he has the same tires as me and ha never had a issue since and they ride just as good and are just a quite. hope this helps.|

|mdelguidice||Awesome, thanks for the feedback on the wheels. I'll have to take another at the duratracs|

I ran nitto terra grapplers for a few years they were ok. I changed over to Duratrac's in December and Love em, so gotta agree with 100% with Fireguy. They exceeded my expectations offroad. Around town on the streets they're fine. Highway not too bad.
I went down from a 17'' wheel to a 16'' wheel and have absolutely no regrets. I'd rather have more tire to be able to air down and absorb impacts.
They're worth the extra money. Already plan to buy DT's again when I burn these up.

|mdelguidice||The duratracs look really nice...just a bit pricey for me. I need to get these tiny stock tires off. Any thoughts on keeping 16"wheels on?|

|fireguy||I really like the GY Wrangler Duratrac. I have them on both Jeeps. They balance out good they are quiet They do very well on ice, snow, snowpacked and wet roads. Only have 3000 miles on one set and 800 or so on the other. But both are great and I have driven in all of those conditions with the tires so far. So far totally sold on them and they are well worth the money spent. I have not done alot of 4 wheeling yet so have no report on the off road performance other than a 50 mile desert run in sand, loose gravel and rock in AZ. Hope they do well offroad the CO mountains. I have run Hankooks in the past and they were good tires and did well on a passenger car. The Coopers on my Diesel 3/4 ton truck did not wear well but did ok|

I just installed a set of Cooper's ST Maxx. They are surprisingly quiet and ride very well.

|mdelguidice||Cooper AT3. I'm looking for something that's not going to be crazy bumpy or noisy. Just going off reviews, the AT3' seemed to meet those requirements.|

|jkjeeper06||MT, AT, or HT tires? Cooper have been rated some of the top mud tires but they are a little heavy|

Hey all, 3rd Wrangler, first "Upgrade". I am looking to upgrade my stock tires on a 2013 Unlimted Sport 4dr. I have it narrowed between Cooper Discoverers and Hankook Dynapros, both 265/75R16. Any thoughts and suggestions would be awesome. Also I was thinking about upgrading to a 17" wheel, is there a benefit to this other than aesthetic? I'm not really going to take it off road at all.
