Detrubicon Nice hole man! Got mine stuck today and I have winch and s couldn't get out. Tried for 3 hours and had tow truck pull me out.
05-04-2013 11:11 PM

DIG THEM OUT! Crawl under it on your hands and knees if you have too.

rtalladino Now I just got all nervous lol he's gonna be staying dragging my backwards until my tires touch:/..and I can't really dig under it..
05-04-2013 09:46 PM
Sinister6 Go VERY Slow! If he moves you 6" forward then back up 6" then forward then back. You don't want to tear anything off. CB's or 2ways so you can communicate. Good luck.
05-04-2013 09:30 PM
rtalladino Any other advice lol?
05-04-2013 09:26 PM
Sinister6 Just make sure you weigh the cable down so if it does break it just drops....
05-04-2013 09:18 PM
rtalladino It's no so much weight I'm worried about, I need the tow straps for the distance of roughly 200 feet.it should be safe right?
05-04-2013 08:52 PM
Sinister6 Use snatch blocks and he doubles his winching capacity and can pull from any direction...stay away from chains.
05-04-2013 08:43 PM
rtalladino Nay on the chain.
05-04-2013 08:38 PM
71Triumph Should work but straps will stretch. Any chance you have some chain?
05-04-2013 08:31 PM
rtalladino I have a gent coming to winch me out tomorrow morning. I don't want him getting his Wrangler on the off chance he gets stuck somehow. My question is can he use his winch with my tow straps to pull me out from across the river? He has an 8500 lb winch and my straps have a 10000 lb snapping point.
05-03-2013 12:30 PM
rtalladino Still digging lol. Someone contacted me though and they have a winch.said they're free tomorrow and Sunday so we'll see how well that goes lol.
05-03-2013 11:26 AM
ztman You still digging, or did you get that thing out yet?
05-02-2013 06:58 PM
Teague242 Did you try people power yet? Give all of your buddies a call, and hook that rope up you bought. Get in the jeep and rock it while they pull. Next best thing to a winch right?

Or else get one of these:
